Course Information

Description

RLL's Junior Tutorial provides concentrators with the opportunity to design a course of study that will enable them to develop and explore their intellectual interests while honing their critical thinking, reading, and writing skills. Each concentration track has its own tutorial section(s), and students will be matched with a tutor based on shared interests. The tutorial will provide concentrators interested in writing a thesis with a structured and supportive environment in which to work through their ideas for the thesis and produce a longer paper that will be or turn into a thesis chapter in the senior year. Concentrators not writing a thesis will have the opportunity to produce a longer paper that can serve as a capstone intellectual project for their concentration experience.
