Description

The Advanced Clinical Elective in Neurology offers the opportunity to further develop clinical skills and diagnostic reasoning at a sub-intern level. Students will primarily join residents and faculty on the inpatient and consult services at BIDMC, although opportunities may also be available in the emergency department, intensive care unit, and subspecialty clinics based on students' interest, experience, and learning objectives. Students will also join residents for didactic sessions, morning report, and weekly conferences in vascular neurology and neurophysiology, and have the option of joining clerkship students for dedicated teaching or simulation sessions.
