Course Information

Description

This year-long course develops residents as reflective, effective leaders in dentistry who can positively influence patients, teams, institutions, and communities. Through monthly interactive seminars, residents will explore core leadership domains including executive presence, understanding self and values, team building, communication, conflict navigation, and community building. Sessions will blend brief didactic content with discussion, self-assessment, and practical exercises anchored in clinical and educational scenarios.
