Course Information
Description
The capstone experience is a required component of the Master's program. The experience allows students to apply the tools, strategies, and methods from their didactic courses to develop a solution to an evidence-based problem seen in healthcare delivery. This problem could be driven by a need in Quality, Safety, Informatics, or Risk. Students will be paired with a mentor from within a healthcare organization to oversee the work. Successful completion of the capstone will be based on assessment of a written proposal.
