Description
*Only Offered for Online Ed.M. Students* Strong program evaluation begins with asking the right questions. In this course, working professionals will learn a systematic approach to designing data inquiry processes that support continuous improvement. Students will develop theories of action that articulate program logic; translate them into research questions about diagnosis, implementation, and impact; and design plans for gathering data to answer those questions. Students will leave with practical tools for building learning agendas, choosing appropriate measures, and creating conditions where evidence drives improvement. This course is designed for practitioners engaged in program implementation, instructional leadership, or organizational improvement work—those who need to ask the right questions, measure what matters, and use evidence to strengthen their practice.
