Description
Introduction to Aramaic focusing on Biblical Aramaic, Qumran Aramaic, and Imperial Aramaic. We will gain a solid grounding in Aramaic grammar as well as a broader sense of the literary and theological features of each genre.
Recommended Prep
Two semesters of Biblical Hebrew or the equivalent.
